What started as a side project to write one song every month since the beginning of 2018 soon became a collective of music I felt thematically deserved an album release of its own. I wanted to write anything I felt like without ties to a project, then these songs became a time of reflection and healing that felt connected. Vitality is a collection of emotional and touching music that comes from the heart and I hope it brings something to your life.
