This is a remix of Cinco de Chocobo, the swinging 5/4 chocobo world map theme. I wanted to do a live arrangement that captured a similar feel, but with improvised solos and a new twist on the rhythm. After I finished the arrangement initially, I found myself scatting along to the final verse. Eventually I thought it'd be fun to add them to the track itself, so I asked Harmony (Brandon Bush) to give me his best over-the-top jazz scatting.
