I thought about waiting a bit before doing any Deltarune stuff but then I realized I wanted views so I did it within 24 hours of the new chapter releasing. Ha ha.

In all seriousness, I've noticed the actual passion for game music has gotten lost behind a lot of egos and speculation on algorithms and seo and I decided to throw all that out the window and try to get this out as fast as I could with what I had. I played Chapter 2 last night with Adriana, Jack, and Thunderscott and really enjoyed it. The music is just as good as it always has been and I'm really excited to jump into the soundtrack and share what I make of it without holding myself back with rules that may or may not matter.

I absolutely love so many of the chord choices in this song, like the move from the i chord to the i diminished right at the start of the heavy section, as well as the song jumping around from doing what you'd expect to what you wouldn't harmonically. It was really fun to double some of the crazy bass stuff with rhythm guitar. Nothing was held back in this video for sake of time. I did everything in it that I would have given more time, and honestly, I think because I didn't over-analyze or over-mix it, I'm actually happier with the final result. I guess I haven't had much time with it so who knows how I'll feel about it in a few days, I hope you enjoy it though!
