Daniel Cortes

Daniel Cortes is the founder, executive director, and conductor of The Symphonic Underground (2018-Present), an organization dedicated to providing younger audiences with an accessible gateway to the classical world. By presenting soundtracks from video games, cartoons, and films, he hopes to inspire a new generation of music lover. His experience includes over 20 years of classical, jazz, and rock viola training (B.M. Stetson University, M.M. Western Michigan University).
