Emmanuel Lagumbay

Emmanuel Lagumbay

Producer, Arranger, Vocals

Emmanuel Lagumbay is a composer from Pomona, California. He grew up with a background in wind ensemble music, starting with the trumpet in 6th grade. Not seeing much future in his tone quality, Emmanuel started his composition career in 8th grade and had his first work, “Selus of Amoe” performed by the Grace Yokley Middle School band. After experiencing such a traumatic debut, he has chosen to stick to his guns and continued to refine his craft. By his sophomore year of college, Emmanuel decided to focus on music composition as part of his college degree. After graduating with a piece of paper that offers him no real power in the video game music industry, he went on to become the conductor of the La Verne Symphony Orchestra and continues to compose music and design sounds for games. He is also the founder, director and conductor of The Summoners Orchestra, a community ensemble that made its debut at Summoners Con 2015.
